1. Items are brand new (unless stated) and in good condition.
2. Only serious buyer.
3. No refunds or exchanges/change order after transactions are made.
4. Prices of all items are non-negotiable.
5. Goods sold are non returnable, refundable & exchangeable.
6. Items can be reserved for 3 days only. Please let me know ASAP if you're not interested anymore on the item!!
7. All payment must be made within 3 days upon reservation.
8. Payment should be made online or ATM Cash Deposit to my Maybank Account
9. Seller will not be held responsible if there's any lost or damage of item(s) during delivery .
10. Colours of item may vary slighty due to lighting conditions.
